Orders that are placed when we are closed will be available for pick up the next day we are open.
Orders that are placed and not picked up before the end of the business day will be returned back to inventory.
Please contact us if you have any specific questions concerning your order.
If your online order will be your first visit to Positive Energy's Dispensary,
Otherwise you will have to fill out the information in person at the Ocean City dispensary.
HOW TO ORDER ONLINE
Follow these 5 easy steps:
1. Create a Weedmaps Account (free) online
2. Go to Positive Energy's Menu & Add Items to Your Shopping Cart
3. Keep shopping! The added products will be saved in your cart.
4. When you are finished shopping, click the Cart at the Top Right Corner to Review Your Order.
5. Click PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. You will be asked to enter contact information that only we can see (it is private).

You will be placed on a screen asking you to enter your phone number. Once entered, you`ll receive a verification code via text.

Enter the Code you receive by text on the weedmaps screen. (It will remember your number next time, so you will only have to do this once!)

You`ll then be prompted to first upload a picture of your Government Issued photo ID (where it asks for a photo of your ID).

After that, you will be asked to upload your Patient Number/ID card/Certification or CAREGIVER Number/ID Card/Certification (where it asks for Medical Recommendation).
You will only have to upload these documents once. Weedmaps will save these documents to your account and will remember it every time you are logged in and order.**Please note you can upload the last two documents prior to ordering online by adding it to your profile. This can only be seen by us!
6. Once all documents are uploaded, Weedmaps will take you back to your cart to finalize your order!
Click "PLACE ORDER"
7. You will receive three texts:

The FIRST is immediate and confirms that we received your order.

The SECOND is when we are working on filling your order.

The THIRD and last text will let you know when your order is ready for pick up!
8. Once you receive the text confirming that your order is ready for pick up, you`ll pick up your order at Positive Energy and pay at the left side of the reception window in the waiting room.
