The Drive Thru is for Medical Cannabis Patient Pre-Orders only.
No orders may be placed at the window.

Please note : the Drive Thru, the entire perimeter of the building, and parking lot is under 24 hour recorded surveillance to ensure safety of patients/caregivers.

WHEN YOU HAVE RECEIVED TEXT OR VERBAL CONFIRMATION
THAT YOUR PRE-ORDER IS READY:
1) Pull into the drive-thru line by entering our parking lot from route 50 (right before the dispensary) and slowly drive around to the back of the building. There are signs to direct you in addition to the cones alongside the west side of the building.
2) When you turn the corner of the building, you will see a sign
that says STOP HERE as you reach the gate.
3) Wait until you are directed by a Positive Energy Agent to pull forward.
The Agent will use the Traffic Light on the side of the building to direct.
Red = Stop.
Green = Pull forward
4) When the traffic light is GREEN, please pull forward
until you reach the secure drive thru window on your driver's side.
The Drive Thru window is equipped with a drawer.
Please have your government issued photo identification ready for checkin.
5) The agent within the Drive Thru will check your ID,
check your current cannabis allotment, and
then enter you into the system.
Discounts are applied at the time of the sale.
Loyalty Reward Points may applied at this time if requested.
The agent will read you back your pre-order as they ring up all items.
Please listen carefully as the agent reads the names of the products in your pre-order to ensure everything is within your order. Although we cannot add items at the window, we can remove items if requested.
You can pay in CASH or CANPAY
AN ATM IS AVAILABLE IN OUR WAITING ROOM.

6) When the transaction has been finalized, the agent will label your products
and close them in your exit bag. You will be directed to exit the gated area.
Turn left around the building and you will be back in our parking lot.
Exit onto Route 50 at red light.
