The Maryland Department of State Police is searching for volunteer participants for the first Cannabis Impaired Driving Lab ("Green Lab") which is planned to be hosted right here on the Shore.

 

They are looking for a total of 10 to 12 participants to participate in the lab,

which will be hosted on Monday, August 28, 2023

at the Worcester County Fire Training Center in Newark, Maryland.

 

They need the participants from approximately 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on that day. 

 

Participants can be Maryland Adult Use Consumers 21+ yrs older or

Maryland Medical Cannabis Patients. (please ignore the FAQs being for patient only)

Law enforcement is happy to provide you transportation from the Worcester County area to the training location and back.

In exchange for volunteer participant's cooperation and participation, law enforcement is able to compensate you for up to $50 of product that you can produce a receipt for!

(For example, if someone brings a receipt for $26, you can only be compensated for the $26, however, if you bring a receipt for $53, you will receive $50.)
